Data Deletion Request

You have the right to delete your EventKhata account and all data associated with it. Below are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (instant)

  • Log in to EventKhata at eventkhata.com/login
  • Go to Billing page from the sidebar
  • Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete My Account"
  • Confirm with your password
  • Your account, all leads, menus, quotations, expenses, payment records and tickets are permanently erased within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

If you can't log in, email support@eventkhata.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will verify and delete within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your user account (business name, owner name, email, phone, hashed password)
  • All leads (customer info you entered)
  • All menu items, quotations, expenses, order payments
  • All support tickets you raised
  • All subscription records (except invoice metadata required by Indian tax law, retained for 7 years)

What is retained (legal requirement)

  • Invoice / payment metadata required by GST / Income Tax Act 1961 (kept for 7 years, then permanently erased)
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
