By creating an account on EventKhata, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service
EventKhata is a SaaS platform for Indian catering and event businesses to manage leads, menus, quotations, expenses, payments and customer communications.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter contracts on behalf of your business.
3. Subscription & Billing
- New accounts receive a 14-day free trial.
- After trial, a paid plan (Monthly / Yearly) is required for continued access.
- Payments are processed by PhonePe. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
- Refunds: Pro-rata refund available within 7 days of first payment if dissatisfied. Email support@eventkhata.com.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to send spam, illegal content, or harass anyone.
- WhatsApp messages sent through EventKhata must comply with WhatsApp Business policies and Indian DPDP law.
- One account per business. Sharing logins with multiple businesses is prohibited.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all data you enter (leads, menus, expenses, etc.). EventKhata only uses your data to operate the Service for you.
6. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is". EventKhata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees you paid in the last 3 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
